Normanton Park developer Kingsford Development PTE LTD is a subsidiary of Kingsford Group based in Hong Kong since Year 2000 under Kingsford Investment. Since it’s inception, they have been actively involved in numerous businesses such as property management, real estate development and manufacturing among others. Operations span across various Asia countries especially in Singapore, China and Australia will the main focal being residential and commercial properties.

Kingsford Development was founded by Mr Cui Zhengfeng who was originally from Shenyang, China started off as a manufacturer and real estate developer in his then homeland. Identifying a potential in Singapore’s property market, the firm began their first project here in 2012 with their maiden launch of Kingsford Hillview Peak at Hillview Avenue. This was followed by the bidding of 2 large plot of land in Upper Serangoon View to develop into one of the largest development then, Kingsford Waterbay. The 1162 unit condominium comprises of retail shops and a childcare centre.

Determined to anchor Kingsford as one of the Trusted Local Brand in Singapore, Mr Cui later became a citizen and is based here for his business operations. Following the successful sell-out of Kingsford Waterbay, the company then took the former iconic Normanton Park en-bloc which made headlines as one of the largest plot of land to be bought over via a collective sale in 2018.

Over the years, Kingsford have attained numerous awards both overseas and locally. This include the Singapore Prestige Brand Award – Global Brands in 2019 organised by Association of Small & Medium Enterprises. With the scarcity of large land plots in the District 05 precinct, the Normanton Park Condo is highly anticipated by aspiring home owners and investors in the area.
